With all of the stress and difficulties that comes with refinancing, ours went pretty darn well. Our loan officer helped to push ours through, even when we had some setbacks beyond everyone's control. She was amazing. My only suggestion is keep the communication completely open. Even if you don't have an answer (right or wrong), let the customer know. Not knowing or hearing anything is way worse than hearing, I'm still working on that answer for you. I would totally use our loan officer again!!
