After several months of delays with a different lender, I decided to switch to Texas Lending and they were able to close the loan request in 5 weeks!!! Awesome experience!

My refinancing experience with Texas Lending was outstanding! I got a great rate on my VA 30 yr loan and the process was wrapped up in about 3 weeks. Everything was easily completed online and they came to my office to sign documents at the end. Highly recommend Gary and the TL team if you are looking to refinance your home.
