Excellent atmosphere, and delicious meal. I would definitely recommend the Pre-theatre 3 course meal for £15.. before 7.30pm. Good cocktails as well.
the food at thai square covent garden london is generally spicier that it was on this vist, which we like. even when we asked for something spicy, it was not as hot as it as been in the past. however, it is still qualtiy tahi food with great service.
Lovely meal... Thai Square Covent Garden is a good venue, had a meal before a show, staff were friendly and efficient.
Thai Square - Covent Garden. Good pre-theatre 3 course menu for under £15. Other set menus available for £20 or £25, Good choice for theatres around Sfatesbury Av as just a short walk away. Godd value with fast, friendly service.
My partner and I went after a show. Was pouring down so we sought shelter in restaurant 20 min's before booking. However, we were shown straight to our table! It was lucky we were early because we actually felt bit rushed. Was obvious they were closing soon (cleaning toilets etc). Partner complained that the men's toilet door was propped open with a fire extinguisher when he went! But the food was lovely and the decor fab'. We paid about £60 for two courses and a glass of champers each.
Was a little apprehensive as I know this is a chain & it was a second choice for dinner with my girlfriend's family. I must say though I was pleasantly surprised. Attentive waiting staff (barring the huge gap between main & dessert - however can be forgiven as we were talking quite a bit) & lovely surroundings. The food was very nice & the ultimate compliment was that three of our party had never had Thai before & thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Nice atmosphere without being overly busy / packed.
I've eaten here a few times and always enjoyed it.
Good atmosphere, service was at times a bit slow but effiicient. A smart, yet relaxed environment the shredded duck was delicous and would recommend. Overall a good resturant with great food Worth a visit.
Delicious food, excellent service.
