Lovely food and very efficient service.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Thai Square, Covent Garden, the service was very attentive & the food arrived quickly. The pre-theatre set menu was very good value at £14.95, min. 2 people & we ordered this & a choice from the a-la- carte menu. It doesn't quite have the atmosphere of the Sevenoaks branch, but overall we would definately eat here again.
I went to Thai Square (Covent Garden) yesterday fo the first time and I thought it was excellent! Most of my friends have recommended this restaurant to me before and now I would like to! The service was really nice, very helpful. The food - mmm delicious! The decor is so original as well. Very nice! I will definitely go back:)
Food and service were fine. Unfortunately as there were only 2 or 3 occupied tables (Sunday lunch) the ambience suffered accordingly and it is not fair to rate the quality of food and service.
The venue was an excellent and the atmospher within the venue was excellent as well. The food was good but the portion weren't tremendously generous. The Thai Green curry was an exceptional dish and i would recomend this and the dessert were all very tastie. The service was good at the start of the evening but got worst through the night.
The Thai Square at Covent Garden was just what the doctor ordered to stave off the return to work blues with dinner with a friend. The unobtrusive - if a little cliched - environment and the relaxed ambience belied the efficiency of the staff and the sublime delight of the food. The service really is superb - incredibly efficient without being intrusive whatsoever. If you like Thai food, I highly recommend this as a place to relax and enjoy superb food leisurely.
good food but not cheap
Good food and very attentive service. Not much atmosphere but was a sunday evening. Although the food was very pleasing in my opinion it was slightly overpriced.
The Lamb Masaman at Thai Square was very good, cocktials weren't so great !There is 12.5% service charge, although optional.
