Thai Square in Islington is a bit tired in terms of decor but the food is still good
I went to Thai Square on Upper Street with a large group of people and had a lovely meal. Unfortunately there were no round tables so we were sat at a vert long table(s) making conversation difficult. The air con was on full blast which was great for a hot evening but got too cold! The set menu was good with an ok choice, although the food was very nice, it was a little pricey in my opinion. Good portion sizes. Had to wait a long time for soft drinks but wine was replaced quickly!

We went to Thai Sq as a group four: two shared a set menu choice and two chose from the main menu. Good value with generous portion sizes, and everything tasting fresh and authentic. Good wine list, and regular water top ups. Have been before and would go again.

Thai Square - Islington A great Thai restaurant that always serves great food, we always come out of here feeling nicely full and satisfied. Staff nice and efficient, menu has a wide range of thai dishes from mild to super spicy! Just not too keen on the pebble dash walls..
I went to Thai Square on Upper Street for my birthday with a group of my friends. We were very impressed with the overall quality of the food (one of my friends has lived in Thailand for 12 years and she said the food was very authentic) the service and the cocktail menu! Will definitely be going back.
Food is always good at Thai Square, it is a bit expensive but it's well worth it..
Fantastic food and attentive service. Unusually, their mussaman curry is quite poor but the rest of the menu is great. Lovely decor. My only complaint would be that the staff are quite distant and unfriendly. Only one of the waitresses smiled as she served my wife and I, the rest really looked like they didn't want to be there. I would recommend.
