We went to Thai Square for a city lunch. It is lovely inside and the choice of food is very good. The only thing that lets it down are the wait staff as they are not very personable.
Thai Square food was very good. Set silver menu a good option with good variety. Atmosphere less great because so large. Overall would recomend.
Reasonably priced and readily available. Pleasant evening had by all.

Had a reservation for 2pm only to arrive and be told that we had 10 minutes to order and only until 3pm to eat and leave the restaurant due to a maintenance issue. There was no customer service from the staff, no apology, no attempt to rectify or compensate us (or give us any kind of advanced warning), and frankly utterly disappointing. Not a great experience. Went for client lunch and ordered lunch combo. The mains arrived but the starters/side never did. We had to remind and they came after the mains.
Awful food - clearly pre cooked and dried out. Service was woeful. You’d get a better ready meal from Tesco Thai than this.
I don't often write bad reviews but on this occasion I feel it is necessary. I eat out in different restaurants across the world at least 3 times a week, I feel I know what I am talking about. Our starters were ok, but our mains were so spicy they were almost inedible. Even though we asked the staff to make them less spicy when we made our order. They did not listen.
