The view of the river is nice. My relatively low mark in ambience is due to the loud music playing in the almost empty restaurant. The service was a bit slow (taking into account that they were serving only two tables). But, the important thing, the food was really good!! All in all, I would recommend the place (if the 50% discount is applied!).
Thai Square - Putney Good location, perfect for a warm summer evening next to the Thames. The food was enjoyable and a little different to other Thai places, pleasantly surprised.
I celebrated my 30th birthday with 17 friends at Thai Square Putney. The restaurant is in a stunning location and they accommodated our group on a fantastic table over looking the river. Staff were polite although a little disorganised in serving the groups meals. Food is good but quite pricey -the view does make up for this though. Would definately go back again for a special occasion.
wanted to use the promotion but booked the table for 8 which is when the promotion finished. went anyway and were not disappointed with the food OR value.
Thai Square Putney: Beautiful place, good food, nice ambience, good service but not good value at all. The starter, wine and desert were particularly expensive. Even with TopTables 30% discount we still felt stung :-(
The food was good and well presented at Thai Square in Putney but the service was pushy and a bit robotic. The overall impression was like being in a money making machine with good looking staff but no soul!!
