Thai Sqaure, Putney, London. The food here was fantastic and with the 30% off made it very reasonable. The added 12.5 % service was quite a lot and I also though that the drinks prices were quite dear at £4 a bottle of beer. However after having eaten many a thai curry in London this was by far the best. The view was lovely and the service was very good. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and although we didnt enjoy the bar downstairs there was a deal on cocktails.
Beautiful thai soup! lovely food, service attentive but nothing special but will definately be going back! great lively bar downstairs for after dinner too.
We enjoyed our evening at Thai Square for my birthday. We were a group of 10. Unfortunately we weren't happy with the service - there seemed to be plenty of staff but not around when you needed, we were given the wrong water, the wrong cuttlery. The food is great but I was a little disappointed with the value for money on the starters. We got the mixed starters but when you look at the cost it actually worked out to about £3 for a small spring roll or a deepfried prawn.
We were 15minutes late for our reservation, I did apologise. We were hoping to be shown to our table but were asked to wait in the bar area for 10 to 15mins. We were shown to our table with a view but were seated next to a loud party of 8. After given our menus another waitress noticed we werent happy with our table and asked us if we would like to move to the other end still fantastics views. Fast, fresh, plenty of food. Service friendly not pushy. Will return.
2nd time here and once again not disappointed. The appetisers are always fantastic, the mains less good. In future I will simply select just appetisers. 30% off is good value, though note that they will add on service charge.
A great setting with superb views of the river. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Some nice variations to the usual standard Thai Menus, would definitley revisit.
Excellent river views and tasteful interior. Very attentive service. The prices a bit steep but with the 30% off from TopTable the final bill was acceptable (mind: 12.5% service charge already included). Overall pleasant experience and would definitely recommend.
Thai Square in Putney was amzing. It was right by the river so you could watch boats go by while you enjoyed the lovely food! I would definitely recommend it!
