Food at Thai Square is much improved since our last visit. Food quantities are also much better now as well. Great atmosphere and views, as always.
the service was excellent, the staff were very arrentive. The food was lovely I would recommend the Balck cod as main and and fish cakes for starters. I woudl defnetely go again.
The perfect place for our evening with a visitor to London. Marvellous summer view of the river at Putney with pink sky up river over Barnes til 10pm. Food was fabulous and the service attentive, defferential and professional. Our main courses: Wasabi Prawn Salad (my wife's comment: "I could eat it every day of the week"), Duck with vinegar (delicious flavour of ... duck; nothing else, just simple, exquisite duck!), Prawn curry.
Thai Square was overall very good: food of a high standard, service nice & friendly and professional. Ambience nice - light & airy too. I highly recommend the crispy duck for starter & vegetarian green curry for main.
Food and service was nice as usual. One negative: The £7.50 cocktail was 80% ice - very irritating.
Addies is better.
Thai Square Putney is a gem of a restaurant. Great views over the Thames towards Bishops Park, Fulham. Service is attentive. Food is divine. Try the Sunday Lunch Buffet for £1--great value.
Thai square in Putney was a very pleasant evening. Very busy so we waited about 45 mins for our starters but mains were very soon after. Would recommend checking bill - a mysterious extra bottle of wine made it on there... Overall nice.
We went for a special birthday - the restaurant got really busy so we were a bit neglected. Food was ok but not top dollar and was expensive for what we had. Nevertheless we think our birthday guest enjoyed herself.
