Understaffed. Waited forever.

I couldn’t eat my soup. It had a really horrible taste. Way too much fish sauce I think. My main course arrived after my three friends had finished theirs and had a hair in it. Didn’t stay for pudding. Went to the loo which just looked grubby. I appreciate things are hard because of the pandemic and really want to support them but this was not acceptable in any way!

Dinner was not good, the food was Luke warm, the steamed rice a solid lump. It seemed that the food had been around a while and re-heated. We mentioned this when asked at the end of the meal "did we enjoy our meal" but the person we spoke to didn't seem to care.

Food was okay, the service wasn’t great as we had to wait a long time to get served.

ery slow service! To start the evening it took an hour to get our drinks. Maybe this was a clever ploy to enable us to order more while we wait... however unfortunately when the starters came the sharing duck was just about enough for me, let alone two people like the menu stated. Next the mains, one of the mains was cold and unfortunately the green thai curry was not much in the way of taste. We ordered a coffee at the end of our meal however it never arrived and were told that it was in the lift and without apology. All in... read more

Service very slow and poor. Waitress ignored us on several occasions. We waited for at least one hour for our main course. No apologies. The hostess who sat us at a table had an attitude problem.

Awful service. Served me the wrong food and took it away whilst leaving my girlfriend to eat hers while I watched. Took another 20mins for my correct food to arrive by which my girlfriend had finished.

The river view is blocked due to ongoing constructions. Once we were seated, we had not waiters come over. I had to actually walk over after waiting for 15 mins and get someone to serve us. The food was way below average. I ordered the seafood stir-fry and the squid was hard and rubbery. The food options are limited.

Very disappointing. The food is average and for what it is ... vastly overpriced. The sharing plater was mediocre. One of the worst Thai food I actually experienced. Location is great tho! Which was the reason I used to go there.
