Our Putney Bridge location has been a firm favourite with locals since opening and is adorned with Thai artefacts for guests to peruse whilst choosing signature dishes that are lovingly made by our dedicated Thai kitchen team. This particular Thai Square location isn’t just famous for food and drinks, it has also been the recipient of awards from the Royal Institute of Architecture, the American Institute of Architecture, and the Wandsworth Corporation for its distinguished architecture.

No view as there are porta cabins now outside. Food came suspiciously quickly and was all luke warm and deep fried.
We ordered 2 drinks before the food. One arrived. Had to wait 10min for the other. Asked for the wine list after our starters. We did wait and wait... I went to get the wine list myself - the waitress apologised, the restaurant was busy. Did not eat my main course - weeping tiger steak - as the meat had a flavour of... meat fat gone off. My husband and I visit every year if not twice a year. We went in May this year and decided to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary in August. From May to August.... the menu is now half the size and the prices hugely inflated. The king prawns were missing from my pad Thai and was replaced with one giant scary looking shell on prawn. I was not impressed as I left half a bowl of prawnless noodles behind. Such a shame as in this case "change is NOT good". Will not be going back .... so upset at that.
We asked and told the resturant we are celebrating our anniversary while booking to maybe try and make special efforts but non wat so ever not even a flower on the table. Iv had thai food before in many places like busaba and the taste of food was very bland just looks fancy and well over priced for the taste. Left very disappointed and as soon as we could. My husband didn't even touch his curry as he said is was so tasteless. Only nice thing was decor and view.
£13 for a single prawn starter! Another £13 for a 2 scallop starter (but very tasty). It's local and I've been before but I will really question visiting again due a new seasonal menu that rips you off.
We were seated at the end table at the very back of the restaurant - near the loo basically, and then forgotten about. Service was super slow, we ordered two starters and a cocktail each (4 total), waited over 1/2 hour, still nothing, and then the waitress came back to take our dinner orders even though the first orders still hadn't arrived. It was a special occasion and id been to Thai square before and had a lovely meal. This time I left HIGHLY disappointed and starving. First there was a mix up with the drinks order then when they corrected it I sat for 15 minutes waiting for one cocktail. Starters arrived which were edible but not great. Having dined here previously unfortunately the quality of the food was substandard. We had also requested a table by the window as it was my wife's birthday and our wedding anniversary. Upon arriving they sat us away from the requested table and told us that nothing was available. We will not be returning to the once reputable restaurant.
Not up to standard. This place needs a good kick up the rear to get its food up to a much higher standard or a reduction in the prices. It has a lovely view, but the food is simply not special enough for the prices charged.
