There was some confusion about our reservation when we arrived. After we were seated, a single woman arrived and was seated next to us—she was eating an ice cream cone and continued eating it next to us. It was weird and off-putting. When her entree arrived she ate it with her face down into the bowl, shoveling it into her mouth. The expieriance was not the best to be honest. We were seated upstairs, it was cold and not very festive at all. Although the staff were very polite, we had to ask to place our drinks order, our main meal was served while we still had a table full of empty plates and glasses which made things a bit awkward. The food came out very quickly which always makes me feel that it is not cooked fresh. It was also quite basic and I do not feel it was good value for money.
Food was like they got the food from iceland and they just heated up. Bad quality. Restaurant was in need of deep cleaning. Never been in Thai square before and never will be. Very bad food.
I had reserved a table and was the only diner on arrival; two other parties arrived after me without reservations but despite the restaurant being empty staff made a big show of wondering whether they could fit them in - it was very awkward and unwelcoming! My weeping tiger dish was perfectly cooked but cold on arrival, the sticky rice came in a plastic bag and tasted unfortunately like... plastic. Food awful, had pranws curry and they pranws tested like rubber, started was not much better either
Very poor service. Food was adequate.
Pad Thai was too sweet
The place was very congested and there was no proper ventilation
Food was ok at best but lacked the freshness and flair of truly great Thai food. Service was functional but impersonal and rushed. Very expensive and not worth it
