Thai Square has been a staple on the Strand since 1996. It was the very first Thai Square restaurant to open its doors, so it has an extra special place in our hearts. Conveniently located on the Strand, a major thoroughfare in Central London, our restaurant offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Went to Thai Square - Strand for a pre-theatre / birthday dinner. Quality food and staff are lovely.
Pre Theatre meal at Thai Square on the Strand. Food was generally good, we dined on the Platinum set meal. Starter platter was a good combo as a taster, wll presented. We varied the soup, both served piping hot and very tasty lthough the lemon grass was a bit stringy. The main courses were both 'sizzling dishes' but were only warm by the time they reached the table but were good all the same. Restaurant decor was a let down, bit delpidated, quite lain and almost spartan.
We went for a pre-theatre meal at Thai Square - Strand, and had a good though rushed meal there. We got there at 6pm and by 6.30 the place was very busy, and this was noticeable in the time it took to get served. The waitresses, though polite, were not very attentive and seemed rushed.
The London Strand branch of this popular Thai restaurant delivers good value. Food is great and service is attentive and efficient. Room is large and can be noisy when full, so intimate conversation may give way to yelling across the table, but this not a venue for a quiet evening. Plenty of other diners are taking advantage of a tried & true resto which never fails to offer quality.
If you want a reasonably priced but tasty meal then Thai Square's is well worth a visit. Their red curry is particularly good!
A pleasant, if rather bland meal. The house white wine (Chilean) was unpleasant and disappointing, and the crispy salmon was not very crispy (and also served with a peanut sauce that didn't really go). But the staff were helpful and welcoming.
lunched at Thai Square on the Strand and took advantage of their lunchtime special a starter and a main for a tenner. Excellent value, delicious food, great service
Lovely food, although the medium curry was extremely spicy (spicier than usual), nice and not too expensive dinner
Thai Sq - The Strand I have been here a few times, last night's meal was lovely and good value for money to my surprise, we had 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 rice, 1 bottle of fizzy water, a bottle of wine and a beer and it only came to £59!! This included mostly seafood - which are normally more expensive. The decor is pretty and its a nice mid week dinner venue. Would go back for sure.
