The Thai Square, The Strand, was very nice. The food was tasty, the service perfectly acceptable for that time of year. The cost was appropriate for the food. nice ambience.
Thai Square is a central restaurant in Strand close to the theatres. It serves authentic Thai food. The dishes are beautifully presented and service is quick. The butterfly prawn dishes are particularly well presented. The cold prawn salad with lemongrass was very good, but very spicy.

Thai Square restaurant - The Strand I felt a little let down by the menu and waitresses in warning how hot their Jungle curry is before ordering. It did not mention anywhere on the menu that it would burn your mouth. My girlfriend loves spicy food but even this was over powered her tatse buds! Apart from that the atomsphere was good and the service was efficent in bringing our food. Overall a good restarurant to go to that wont harm your wallet.
Food is great, although portions are a little bit on the small side.
The Thai Square on The Strand is a good place to go if you are wanting a casual dining experience rather than a well thought out venue. Although the food was good, the service and atmosphere was average wiht no much character to the place.

I just love Thai Square on the Strand - reasonably priced and tasty food! Service is always a little lacking, but as a regular, I'm used to that! Best items are chicken red curry and Pad Kee Mao!
Thair Square on The Strand was a good middle-of-the-road Thai restaurant. Not huge on ambience or service, but the food was great and we were in and out in the time we needed. A good pre-show dinner venue.
