Thai Square, London: Attentive service at times, greeting was very polite, however three different staff looking after our table meant we were asked for drinks orders three times, but left waiting to order food and pay our bill. Crispy duck starter was good, caramelised lemongrass sea bass main was sadly greasy and over cooked, accompanying chilli sauce was delicious.
Thai Square at Trafalgar Square is a very reliable restaurant for a pre theatre dinner. Although the price of the meal has gone up a bit the menu has changed and it still represents great value at £18.50. We liked the addition of the duck. Service as ever was excellent from the charming Thai girls.
Thai Square - Trafalgar Square, London. Tables a wee bit close together (although not unusual in London). Great service and superb food. Lamb shank curry was a highlight, as was the duck with pancakes.
Bit more expensive than other Thai Squares I've been to, but a lot better a dining experience for it. The background music was excruciating though. Shouldn't make a difference, but it was very quiet on a Sunday afternoon and felt like we were inside of a lift or hotel lobby or something. Service very polite and attentive, couldn't ask for more from that perspective. The Mussuman curry is to die for though, so can't complain too much. 30% discount on food helped a lot though, else overpriced
21 - 24 Cockspur Street, Trafalgar Square, Westminster, London, SW1Y 5BN This was a really nice restaurant and the food and drinks were very good. However, my chicken satay was cold and so was slightly let down by this.
