Was a busy Saturday night and the restaurant was very busy, there weren't enough staff. We were positioned right by the front door and it was freezing, we asked for another table there wasn't one available. So we said we were leaving, then another table became available! Staff were all polite if a little pressed, food was ok but I have had better. I have been before and had better experience, perhaps not a Saturday night again.
Dining at the Thai Square is enjoyable. The service is good, the ambience is lovely and the food is enjoyable. My only criticism is not peculiar to this restaurant but to a growing trend, certainly in the capital. Like many restaurants these days, you'll find a massive 12.5% added to your bill. This means your ability to decide whether to add a tip for good service is taken away from you. Thai Square is always reliable - food is good and the portion size is reasonable. With OpenTable special offers it is good value though not so much otherwise. However nice atmosphere and we enjoyed the evening and the food.
Food good - table linen not great - marks on table cloth and napkins. Service was ok and location is great
All the different locations of Thai Square does not change the atmosphere, service or great food. I highly recommend!

We had a business dinner at the Trafalgar square location and everyone enjoyed it. The service was very very good, friendly but gentle and everyone patient as well as trying their best. The quality of the food and the presentation was also very good. One of the best Thai experiences I had outside Thailand( a combination of food, service,location and ambiance)
we had a great meal service was a bit hit and miss but all the staff were charming food was top notch big portions and very tasty little bit spicy for me to be warned !
I keep coming back to this place over and over and it has consistently delivered. I will return again, soon.
