Lovely atmosphere and great service. Food tasty but not a cheap place to eat so great for special occasions.
We had a business dinner at the Trafalgar square location and everyone enjoyed it. The service was very very good, friendly but gentle and everyone patient as well as trying their best. The quality of the food and the presentation was also very good. One of the best Thai experiences I had outside Thailand( a combination of food, service,location and ambiance)
we had a great meal service was a bit hit and miss but all the staff were charming food was top notch big portions and very tasty little bit spicy for me to be warned !
I keep coming back to this place over and over and it has consistently delivered. I will return again, soon.
After reading some reviews I was worried about speed of service & courses as we had theatre tickets but I need not have worried. I told the waitress when we sat down and we had no problems. My husband has not really had Thai food before so I suggested the silver set menu to get a variety of flavours and it did not disappoint. Everything we had was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed and had a good 30 mins to get to the theatre. The staff were polite and responsive which made for a complete experience.
We've eaten here before and at other branches of the chain and it's reliable, good quality, standard Thai food in central London. It's not as exciting or young/buzzy as some of its competitors but is a reliable traditional Thai standby
Delicious food abs great service!
We regularly go to Thai restaurants and this one was okay but no better than that. The food was average for a Thai. There was nothing wrong but there was nothing much really stood out as particularly good.
Having complained on previous occasions about the fact that so-called 'vegetarian' curries were made with shrimp paste, ie not completely veggie, it was great to be told that the veggie curries are now not made with this paste. Well done for listening to your customers! Service was a bit slow, but we were eating in the pre-theatre rush.
