Service request was... (Verified Renter) Service request was made as part of initial move in sheet, and not attended to until a month later.
The management is... (Verified Renter) The management is terrible, the phones go unanswered, maintenance is so slow, and the grounds are not maintained. The stairwells are dirty, there?s trash and animal excrement everywhere, the electricity bills are inflated due to old equipment, the pool and pool area are always dirty. No special events are ever offered.
Apartments are overprice... (Verified Renter) Apartments are overprice for the quality received and office personnel does not make up for the difference.
Maintenance is Attentive... (Verified Renter) Maintenance is Attentive and Polite. I would not recommend because work orders take a long time to complete after the initial issue. It seems to take numerous phone calls and to physically request Help from the Leasing office to get the problem resolved.
DO NOT LIVE HERE WORST place I have ever lived in my entire life. I have lived here since March and have had 9 leaks... yes 9 since March! The complex will not move me apartments and they take forever to fix the problem. The manager Todd is very disrespectful and does not help with any problems nor does he care about what kind of living situation you are living in. This place is TERRIBLE!!!!!! I have been living here for a year and a half(not resigning my lease). The ac has broke about 5 times. The maintenance staff is awful and take forever to fix something. Then they have the audacity to charge you a fee if the garbage is not picked up even though you pay for valet services. The area around it is also becoming trashy. The staff that works in the leasing office is terrible at customer service as well they do not do their job correctly. Not to mention you have the bonus of them "losing... read more

DONT BE FOOLED CHECK FACEBOOK AND YELP I honestly dont know how in the world this place has the rating it does on here, Im assuming company tampering, but Ive lived here only 3 months and my house is already legally considered uninhabitable because of all the neglect of issues that we've had since move in. My whole master bathroom is covered in mold and management has known about it for weeks. Not to mention bugs EVERYWHERE when I pay monthly for pest control. There should not... (Verified Renter) There should not be issues when you move into an apartment. Inspection should be completed before the tentant arrives There were many issues . Unbelievable
