Justin Sheppard and Ted Esquibel put a lot of time and effort to help make sure the proper ground work was done to help find my optimal home. This was a five star experience from the get go. When I gave both Justin and Thomas the details of what I was looking for they were able to pinpoint the properties that were of interest to me instead of wasting my time with homes out of my budget or not in the area of my preference. First time home buyer here and to be honest it couldn't have gone any better. Justin worked so hard for us to make sure we were satisfied with the houses we saw and the decision we made. He has tons of resources to help with inspection, bug, and general maintenance. He's very knowledgeable about the Austin area and is quick to respond. I worked with Justin from Thomas Brown. He was AMAZING and my husband and I are extremely grateful. He was understanding and patient as we are buying our first home. Tom is the best realtor I have ever come across! We recently purchased a home after months of bothering the poor guy. He does not have that realtor feel to him (like a used car salesman). He is quiet but it is because he is examining the house (foundation, walls, etc.) in order to tell you whether it is a problem or cosmetic. If I won the lottery, I would still use Tom as a real estate agent again. He worked within what we (my husband and I) wanted to spend.
