I cannot say enough good about Jonathan. He was direct and honest with us through out the whole process. I never realized how much detail went into selling a home and I am very glad we had Jonathan on our side. He was able to get us multiple offers and used those offers to start a bidding war and get us a much higher price. When the appraisal came in low, he also was able to get the appraiser to increase the appraised value! Thanks so much Jonathan for all your hard work!

As a first home buyer, Brandon made the experience much easier. He was always available, on top of things, informative and a great support system. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain details to me thoroughly. I felt that he was an advocate for me and tried to get me the best deal possible. Brandon's help didn't stop at confirming the home purchase, he helped me with insurance, with delivering funds, working with title and so much more. I cannot say enough good things about working with Jonathan. He was always available to answer any questions and was so quick to respond and stay in touch that he made us feel as if were were always his top priority. Not only that, but he was able to get us multiple offers on our property in four days. My biggest concern was that our property was going to sit on the market for longer than we could afford and Jonathan ended up getting us a much higher price by having buyers bid against each other and in just four days. Morgan made buying our first home as stress free as possible. He did all the leg work and kept us updated with new information. He was very flexible with our busy work schedule, making it easy for us to view homes when we were able to. He was incredibly responsive to our calls texts and emails and honored all of our requests.
