I was referred to Thomas and Justin of Thomas Brown Properties. I used them to find tenants for my rental property located in E. Austin. I received multiple applications and Thomas and Justin walked me through the process of selecting the most qualified tenant. They were prompt returning calls and articulate about the process. I will definitely be calling them if and when I decide to sell.

We used Justin and Thomas Brown Properties to purchase our home over the summer. We look at numerous homes before deciding to purchase the Victorian. Justin helped with the financing and found us a lender who was transparent, honest and gave us a fair deal. I was referred to Thomas from another investor in the Austin area. I was looking to buy up to 5 rental properties. I had certain criteria, such as cash flow, that was paramount for me. We searched for several months for the deals I was looking for but unfortunately it didn't come to fruition. Thomas was very patient in running the numbers for every property I was interested in. Thomas is a very perosnable responsive professional. Thomas worked with my wife and I for about 5 months to find us our new home. We worke with Thomas from out of the state and he was always on top of any questions we had. Thomas kept us well aware of the market conditions and worked our deals very sucessfully. My husband and I recently moved from Dallas to Austin and didn't know the area very well. I used the Thomas Brown Team to assist in the sell and purchase of a new home. Justin managed to sell my home in 1 day and sell it for the highest sold per square foot in the neighborhood ever!
