Bonnie is fantastic. She knew the area around the Austin area really well. That helped since we were moving from Tennessee to Texas and weren’t as familiar with the area so having her explain and go through the pros and cons of certain areas really helped narrow our search when we came to house hunt. She’s also a no none sense realtor that will not try to sell you on any house. This was my third time working with Bonnie to sell a house and buy a new one (previously had done the same with her) and it was smooth as can be. She listened to how my needs and tastes had changed, helped adjust listing scopes, negotiated with contractors, helped with difficult conversations and provided deep insight into the market. As long as she is a realtor in an area I'm in, I will continue to have her as my agent.
