This is late but better late than never. I purchased my house 2 years ago this 4th of July weekend. It was the beginning of the pandemic and Abe was so helpful getting me to see houses. He looked after my best interest in what I needed and wanted in the surrounding area. He helped me find the perfect one and worked hard negotiating a deal. I’ve been incredibly happy here. When you are searching through the internet real estate sites, you get a mix of agent qualities. I really lucked out with Abraham Artavia. He really needs more stars in his knowledge of the TREA process. He also needs more stars for his responsiveness. For my offer contract, he worked on it almost to midnight ! His best skill is his negotiation ability. !For a purchase, he will definitely get you the best price ! Save your time internet searching, just call Abe!
