As a first time condo buyer I needed some handholding and Brittany helped 100% of the way. Brittany is a great communicator and always texted/ emailed me back right away. Wow, way to have someone fight for you! My husband and I were a little overwhelmed by the market, but Kristin went over all our options, complete with a timeline, and did such a wonderful job communicating every single step of the process. She worked so hard to get our home sold and even got us 18% over the price we wanted to sell for. We would have fallen apart without her gentle guidance.
