I love sonia! Without her we won’t find the home we want! She’s very hands on and looked after us during the process and it really meant to us as a first time home buyers. Chris reached out to me from Zillow, which I had been using as a resource for my Austin home search. He then started sending me MLS listings in my desired price range, generating a search for me. He helped me find a place I liked, after we looked at a number of properties, and represented me as the buyer's agent. Shari was extremely helpful in finding me a home. I had special circumstances because i have animals and instead of saying she can't help me like half a dozen other realtors, she took the time helping me find houses and negotiate with the owners (i was leasing, not buying). And then she spent from 2:00 until about 7:00 driving me around and showing me the houses. 100% absolute life saver

I worked with Nathaniel for a single family home purchase from out of town. He was able to show me neighborhoods and areas of Austin that I didn't know about because I was not local. The property I purchased was exactly what I was looking for-close to downtown, in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to I-35 and a park nearby. I ended up in East Austin. My experience with him from showings to writing the offer and negotiating price could not have gone any smoother. I would highly recommend working with Nathaniel!
