At first I was unsure how I would feel about working with a realtor, But Ryan Molenda profesionales was way beyond what I expected, The time we spent with Ryan was for a lack of better words "Just awesome", I would recommend him to anyone who what's a down to earth person, who cares, and knows how to get the job done right, Thanks again Ryan, I would most in deed use you again. P.S thanks for putting up with our demands LOL.

Working with Sonia has been a pleasure. We thought we had enough research on first time homes, but we were wrong. There is a lot more to buying a home than we thought. Luckily we found Sonia just in time. She was able to explain and guide us along the way and give us some advice. The road to finding a home even got bumpy for us and we had some set backs. From the beginning George has been an excellent agent. When we made it clear we were just "looking" George Gavito was very patient with us. He still took time with us but was never was pushy. He made every effort to be available when we found a house to view. When we decided to put in an offer George made all the negotiations seem effortless and made sure all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed. We purchased for under listing price! Tim did a great job on my last sale. The house sold with multiple offers in only four days. Although the negotiations were lengthy we were able to get a full price offer.
