Sonia was a joy to work with. We were purchasing our first home, and she helped tremendously. I'm fairly timid when it comes to these things, so having her give me advice was a big help, especially when it came to negotiations on our initial offer, as well as later addendum, such as when we got the inspection done. I'm active duty military and was purchasing a home while still in AIT. As anyone can imagine, military training is intense and stressful. Abraham does not sleep! This man is very responsive and friendly. He’s knowledgeable, not afraid to give his honest input on a house. A man of his word. We experienced other realtors and weren’t very pleased with them but once Abe texted us we were happy we got in contact with him. He’s not one to care only for the sale. I was a first time buyer and so glad I had Daniel to help with the home buying process. He has extensive knowledge in the area and took interest to know and understand my requirements and also help educate me about the pros and cons at every step in the process. We purchased our first home through Jason and I cannot recommend a more knowledgeable, responsive, or helpful person to work with. Our purchase had a counter party with specific requirements and extensive paperwork. Jason took the time to understand the "ins and outs" of doing a deal with them. This led me to trust his knowledge on the subject matter, opinion on the decision making, and negotiation skills. I would recommend Jason to all friends and will be using his expertise for my second home!
