The entire Zell team is terrific. They offer ample knowledge of the Austin real estate market, well developed relationships with other brokers and agents, strong negotiating skills and a very responsive team. They negotiated an offer against 10 others (including cash offers) and were able to get my offer accepted. They made the process seamless and efficient with no hiccups or unexpected issues.
