Five stars? Jason deserves 10! I just can't say enough good about Jason....in every way he was amazing! Figured out what my house needed to have done, hired the contractors, took care of everything. Answered my questions by return email, helped me decide important considerations, negotiated the sale start to finish. Rarely are we lucky enough to deal with people who are absolutely superb at their work, but Jason is that person. And oh, BTW, he sold my house in Austin one week smack in the middle of Covid.

I worked with Jason on closing a sale on a property in the South Park Meadows neighborhood in south Austin. I was the buyer’s agent and it was great to work with Jason. He was always very responsive, thorough and demonstrated impeccable integrity throughout the deal. Thanks to his hard work the deal went very smoothly and all parties were very pleased when the deal closed on time. I would highly recommend Jason for his knowledge of local market, attention to details and high degree of integrity.

Markos was the shining light in a tough closing process. Austin Housing market is hard to maneuver for people new to area but Markos made it very easy for us. He went above and beyond to make all parties happy. He really had our best interest at heart, When the lenders and sellers where going back and fourth Markos was there in every conversation advocating for us, when we were left out of the conversation. My experience with Rocky was tremendous. Knowledgeable, honest and hands on. Made the entire stressful process as easy as can be. Any aspects I was unsure of, he explained thoroughly and simply. Ended up with a great deal in a short amount of time which was super important to me. All during a pandemic. If looking to sell, I would recommend getting with Rocky, ASAP.

I will not work with another realtor other than Mariah #realtorbaddie McClure herself. Mariah did not only get the lake house I wanted she also negotiated a killer deal on the final price and closing cost. I strongly recommend Mariah for all your realtor needs!!
