As a first time homebuyer, I knew very little about the process. Going through it with tim made it easier. Made constant communication to make sure I knew where we were at in the process. Even explained what was happening that prolonged the process and what we can do on our end. I thank him for doing everything he can do get us into our new home.

If you need to sell your home fast at top dollar he's your guy. He helped us sell our home that same weekend it went on the market with multiple offers and more than asking price because he knew how to sell it to buyers and their agents. He also helped us buy a new home and believe me he had patience we must of looked at 20+ homes before we decided to throw an offer on our new home. One of my favorite parts of working with Tim was his willingness to help us throughout the entire process. Towards the end of the process, we were notified of a last minute inspection that was required on our Septic system. Tim coordinated the inspection for us, the repairs, and everything. All we did was paid the invoice. This was extremely helpful, as we were already swamped with a ton of moving activities. Tim was personable, responsive, and a true joy to work with. He was never too busy for us!!

Enrique was absolutely phenomenal as our real estate agent. Any realtor can find you a house it takes someone knowledgeable of his profession to find you a home. Tim well give you all the time to find to you the right home. Tim was very knowledgeable and very flexible with our hectic work hours. Always professional and very helpful when it came to looking for an inspector and cleaning company.
