Lou has been a true life saver in this process. As a new home buyer, I really didn't have any knowledge of the process and really expected the worst. Lou was our realtor from day one and helped us find the perfect home for us. He was so patient as we viewed SO MANY homes and knew the answers before we asked the questions. We were so excited about getting our first home that my wife an I were going to let the seller charge us for stuff he said would be included. She gave me a call and said I should give her a chance to get a better deal and she did. Without that phone call we would be paying thousands extra. She didn't have to make the call but we are so happy she did.

Summer is so amazing I would never have been able to navigate through a first time home buying process without her help! She's so sweet, patient, never forceful, very responsive, and kind. She's not a realtor, she's basically your partner in the whole process. She looks out for YOUR best interest and gives sincere advice. Shaun was professional and personable. Always willing to provide assistance and if he didn't know something he'd say so but work to help to get the questions answered . Honest and Genuine two more of the characteristics I value in an agent. Shaun has it all.
