I have bought several properties in Texas and dealt with different realtors but I am confident that I have found the one to go to in the San Antonio area. Nick is a great realtor and an even better human being. He is honest and straightforward and always looks for what's better for his customer. Strongly recommend him.

My first encounter with Enrique is what won me over. I called about one of his listings and we discussed how this was my first time buying a home. Analeisa was by far the best agent we have ever had. She was very responsive including after hours. My wife was pregnant and Analeisa could not have made a smoother process with everything that needed to be done. Analeisa does not waste time in just putting a sign in your yard. Analeisa made my first home purchase easy! She prepared me for what I should expect throughout the process, answered all of my questions promptly (and there were a lot of them), and was reassuring that everything was going smoothly during the quiet times. She even negotiated a few extras for me based on passing comments I'd made while viewing the home. I was fully expecting home buying to be a painful experience, thanks to Analeisa it was quite the opposite! If it wasn't for her I wouldn't be in the house I love.

Annaleisa asked a zillion questions so she could know exactly what we wanted. And then she found it. She spent an entire Saturday showing us many properties from SA to Spring Branch to Canyon Lake to Wimberley. We found the perfect spot to build and the house will be done soon!
