I can't say enough positive things about Thomas. I made a quick trip to Austin to look at a few investment properties. I didn't have an agent to work with and he responded quickly to an inquiry I had about one of the properties. Matt actually cares about his clients on a personal level. He does everything possible to ensure the buying and/or selling process runs smoothly. I had him sell a house and help me buy a new construction. I don't know what I would have done without him. He is very understanding of the real estate process and is a caring people person. Summer was my agent and she was very helpful through the entire process. Being a first time home buyer I didn't know what to expect and if it wasn't for her knowledge I don't belive I would have been lucky enough to get the home that I got and I couldn't be happier with it.

We were looking for a remodelled house in an up and coming area that would turn out to be a good investment. Thomas was very helpful in steering is away from properties in areas that are not high growth. Not only that he steered us away from streets that had trouble selling homes even if the property prices were on the upper end of our budget.
