From the first point of contact (which was me calling him from a city far away based on his good reviews), Chris was very helpful and he immediately after hearing a bit of our situation (very difficult house to sell) was able to pull an estimate of what we could realistically expect and what all needed to happen to accomplish this. I purchased a home through Summer Zayed and she was the most pleasant realtor I've ever come across. She is professional, extremely patient, and very honest with the whole process. She always kept in touch even until the final day of sale. If you want to purchase a perfect home without the pressure of a realtor just trying to make a quick sale, I recommend Summer. Very informative with the process of listing and selling the home when you no longer live in the local area and have tenants still in the home. He was able to keep everyone involved well informed about what to expect next and was able to answer all your questions about what to expect next in a very timely manner.
