We're writing this review poolside at our dreamhouse! Would not have been possible without Thomas Brown and his associates at The Agency. The sale of our house was a roller coaster ride, with ups and downs, but Thomas was always confident during the process and provided excellent advice. He successfully navigated us through a mediation process with buyers who retracted their contract a week before closing and found a way to save the house of our dreams. We recommend him to everyone without reservation. Thank you, Thomas!

Having Justin and his team assinting the house hunt and purchase process was essentially helpful. He immediately replied every email or text I sent and arranged the viewings efectivelly, never trying to rush you into decision making. I highly reccomend the agency.

My husband and I worked with Justin Sheppard and we couldn't be happier. He had the patience to show us multiple houses in one day and travel all over the Austin area. We loved a house that became Pending Backup before we had a chance to schedule a showing. He stayed in touch with the Seller's realtor and ended up getting us a showing. Morgan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He always had my back, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. He calmed me down and talked me off the ledge many times. As a first time home buyer, the process can be really daunting and confusing, but Morgan always tried his best to make everything go as easy as possible. I'm really happy with my home, and 95% of that is thanks to Morgan. I honestly don't think I'll ever work with anyone else as long as I'm in Austin.

For a first time home buyer he help me out with a lot questions I had . Explained the process and options one could use to buy a home ... n for the most part everything was done on my time since I have a crazy work schedule .
