Annette got me a great interest rate for the type of loan that I wanted. I checked around with other loan officers and she could offer me the best package. She was very nice and accomodating, even letting me swing by after hours to drop off some documents. Everything was pretty easy, not a lot of hoops to jump through and the loan closed on time. I would recommend Annette to my friends and family.
She was easy to talk too and was very clear as to what we need to have to make the sale right for us, the buyer and the seller. Annette called or sent an email informing us what was going on and/or was needs to be signed.
