Annette was very professional and helped us to procure our new home. She was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the Real Estate Market. Even after our home closed we received helpful information from her. I would recommend her to anyone who needs an assist.

Annette and her staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I never had a problem getting in touch with anyone if I had a question or needed followup on paperwork etc. Because I needed to get in as soon as possible, ( my lease was up and I was staying in a hotel), she pushed my closing paperwork through and saved me a few days. I would use Annette again and would not hesitate to refer family and friends.

I worked with Real Estate professional Annette Schmidt a few years ago when purchasing my first home. I recall Ms. Schmidt being very thorough in the explaining the # of papers concerning my purchase. It was a quick, thorough and easy process. I never saw Ms. Schmidt again in person however she contacted me a few times on phone, email to followup on my home purchase. I still receive email pertaining to home sales in my area. Thumbs up working experience with Annette Schmidt.

Process was difficult while between states but she was willing to help out and do what needed to be done for the loan closing. Also suggesting what's needed to improve our credit just the right amount to qualify. Thank you.

When I moved back to Seattle it was at the bottom of the real estate crash. Mortgages were much harder to obtain than they had been for a very long time. Unlike anyone else Annette got me financed with what appeared as great ease. I was very impressed and kept her card handy. But I did not even need to do that. Annette kept in touch with me and when the rates were at their very best she was able to refinance me at 3.25% for 30 years. This was my 5th home purchase and Annette by far made the entire process easier than any of my previous purchases. Met with her, she completed the application and told me what documents I needed to provide which was a much shorter list than other lenders. There were no additional requests for more documentation like I experienced with other lenders. She said the loan would close within 30 days and it closed on time. Another first. She was very professional , responsive and very easy to work with. She made my buying experience very smooth. I was able to get ahold of her by text and she would get back to me the same day or the next one . She made a house call to pick up documents . I had to call her a couple of times when out looking at houses and she would get back to me quickly with what my payment would be.
