Annette has handled a total of two original loans and two refinances for me. She has done an amazing job of making the process easy. I was blessed to work with Annette. It made the home buying experience smooth and enjoyable. Everything was explained and in order so we had no issues or hang ups with the tight schedule we were on.
Annette was very helpful to me, unfortunately I'm not in a position yet to buy a house. She was very quick to set up a meeting to go over what I could afford. I had to cancel that meeting. I had family that I thought was going to be living with us, that didn't workout. I'm working on getting my ducks in a row and will hopefully be more prepared in about a year. Annette was available for me from the very day I was qualified for a mortgage loan. She would respond even to late night requests for information so that I could understand terms and what it would mean to me as a buyer. She was always available to me and this was truly supportive and as a new home buyer it was very supportive.

She got it done. Huge lack of communication. We didn't have the best credit and she gave us a list of what needed to be done and we did it. All of it. She seemed so surprised that we did it it was almost insulting. Add I said she got the deal done but I would not do it again the same way.
