Great place to Life! Very friendly and helpful staff. Moved here 2.5 years ago and still enjoying it. Great amenities as well . I highly recommend living here.

I moved to The Boat House in August. I had a very short timeline to find an apartment. The staff was fantastic. They handled everything very quickly. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. I am very happy that I chose to go with The Boat House. It is a great place to live and was the best experience I have had with any apartment.
Don't be scared off by the negative reviews, each place is what you make of it. Every interaction I have had with the staff in the leasing office has been pleasant. They have gone the extra mile to satisfy me, even before I moved in. The apartments are beautiful, as well as the community. The neighbors are always very friendly to me, I have never had any type of profiling issue, most of the people just want to offer me a beer! I live here at the boat house and absolutely love it! It's easy to say all the negative things but there's so many positives about living here. A beautiful tranquil Lake to look at, great lighting around the pools and surrounding areas. Fabulous clubhouses, plus great workout facility which is all included in the rent, and 2 pools to chose from as well.
