The maintenance staff here is the best especially Rick, you always get a quick response and not only is Rick quick to get the job done he actually went out of his way to help me. I've lived in many communities but the guys here are the best!

I have not moved into this complex yet, but if living here is near as pleasant as the tour experience was earlier today, I cannot wait! Kamie Harrison was amazing, friendly, and helpful, even in the cold rainy weather. I toured 6 different apartments today and each was a disaster compared to The Boathouse. Others treated me horribly and some even refused a tour due to the weather. Because of a busy schedule, today was the only day I had to sign a lease. My wife and I lived in the B2 floorplan for a 15 month term. Every aspect of the apartment and the community was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We were the first to move into our unit and the build, quality and floor plan was exactly what we needed. Everyone is extremely nice and friendly in the community and the staff in the leasing office was always ready to help. The only gripe I had was with the parking around the buildings.
