We have loved at the Hudson/Boathouse for about 4 years. When we first moved in and for the first year and a half it was great. We enjoyed the amenities and the services. However, the place has gone downhill very quickly. The pools have started to not be cleaned well since the pandemic was lifted. The gym is never cleaned and the rust adds about 20 more pounds of resistance than you bargained for.
