We have lived here since February and love it! Dylon was more than helpful when going through the process and made everything smooth! I had a very hectic schedule when moving and Dylon made sure that everything was taken care of to make move in day flawless. The staff is wonderful and more than helpful, if I have any problems I can call or shoot and email knowing a response is coming within the next hour.

Love Living at the Hudson! Resort living! Management does a great job in following up; had a great experience during the leasing process- Dylon Fortier was a pleasure to work with! He was very attentive and followed up on my specific needs as the customer - finding me the place I wanted (floor plan , floor, corner unit) in the timeframe I wanted! All around great experience!!

We moved to the boathouse back in February just before the pandemic. I can say with confidence that I wouldn't rather quarantine anywhere else. Dylan was awesome to work with in setting up our lease and was super helpful with selecting an awesome unit that fit our needs! We are about 6 months into our lease now and we love it! Their maintenance team is pretty good too!

While we did not end up leasing a home with The Boathouse, we felt it was so right to leave a review about Dylon!! Dylon was absolutely amazing & we wish we could take him with us to a different complex. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are welcome, questions answered, and he address any concerns or hard questions with honesty and transparency. I LOVED living at The Boat House. I lived in one of the town homes for a year - which was lovely inside. It was surprisingly quiet considering the balconies all looked over the common area. The grounds were well kept, the maintenance staff was quick to respond to problems and extremely helpful and friendly. The management staff was equally as friendly and courteous. Love this Place! So I had the privilege of moving from California to Texas for Toyota Motor North America, but I have no family here which makes things a little challenging. Everything was new new new! Househunting was fun but stressful. Is that even possible? However, when we walked onto the Boat House/Hudson property - I immediately found my happy place in my heart.
