I recently posted a Google review about the apartment community, but felt compelled to write yet another positive review for the Boat House maintenance crew. It was the first time since living here that I have had to contact maintenance. Our AC unit was not working correctly so called in morning to put a request in to have repaired. I’ve been here for a 1.5 years and I absolutely love it. The staff is amazing and maintenance is responsive and does an amazing job. The grounds are kept in great shape- it’s the nicest complex I’ve ever lived in. Romy is my leasing agent and has helped me so many times since I’ve been here. She is so great and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Living at BoatHouse is AMAZING! If you want to live in a luxurious place with tons of green space around you this is it! We have tons of trails around us, amazing food in walking distance, amazing leasing girls that will always help you if you have a problem, great events, and amazing amenities, that’s a big one for us since we work from home!
