Bob and Ronna came to our home and gave us not only the advice we needed but the tools as well. They had people to help get the house ready for the market and and advertised it says coming soon so people were already waiting to see our home when it was listed. Not only did they help us sell our home but one of their dedicated staff members helped us find our new home. They made both home buying and selling a simple and quick process.
We went with Mike Thurnes from the Bob and Ronna Group to sell our house in MD. He is a friendly guy, but a tough negotiator. We needed a realtor with an idea of how quickly things can change in a military move so it was nice having someone who has been there, done that. I have already recommended him to friends and family. He also sold my mom's house 2 years prior to us hiring him and did a great job on that sale as well.
Both in buying and selling our homes, Bob and Ronna went beyond our expectations. We felt like we had their attention and expertise at all points of the process. Their team, too, was instrumental at giving us personalized advice.
