Very personable and knowledgeable. With two failed contracts they helped us to get what was right for us the third time. Closing was uneventful and happened on time and quickly.
Casey did an amazing job helping us find our first home! He demonstrated thorough knowledge of the the market and the drivers of value in the area. Casey’s responsiveness and attention to detail were impressive and always kept our interests at the forefront. Buying a home, especially your first home, can be overwhelming but Casey made the process seemless. We are so pleased and will absolutely use him again down the road!
Erika was very helpful through the process. A couple of issues came up and she was quick to recommend highly qualified individuals/companies to take care of the issues. As a result, she made an intense period in our lives much more enjoyable. Definitely recommend her services.
Our realtor Brianna Emmart was a fantastic person to work with. She responded to all of our questions quickly and was always there to help out. Obviously home buying is a very stressful situation to go through and she was able to help put my wife at ease. It didn't matter what time in the morning or late at night, any text we sent, she was happy to help out with. I cannot state how much of a help that Brianna was.
Great job selling my house, and great help buying a new one. It was awesome they had a truck that i could use for free. Listing was great experience, they had stager and photographer that did very nice pictures.
Bob and Ronna did an amazing job with selling our home. They marketed our listing extremely well. We had several cars waiting outside our open house 30 minutes before it began and about 40 groups that came through to look at our home. This exposure yielded multiple offers! The team is responsive and professional. We were very happy with our experience.
Lisa Winslow was very helpful. Anytime I had a question or concern she was there ready & willing to help us! She had a great list of references for people to help do things to the house. She made the house buying process painless. Anytime there was an inspection or something going on with the house she kept us updated at all times.
