It was great working with the team! I bought a new construction. The team was very knowledgeable and easy to work it. They made themelves available when needed and were quick to respond with any inquiries. They helped me throughout the contract, inspection, closing process and gave me insightful information throughout the process.
Our realtor, Mike Thurnes, was exceptional! This was the third house we’ve sold and Mike was way more involved than our previous realtors. He provided a thorough assessment of the value of our home in our neighborhood and offered expert advice on strategies during the negotiation phase. We were also given the assistance of a professional stager prior to showing the home. We had one showing scheduled within an hour of going live on the MLS and were under contract on the 5th day on the market at our asking price.
If you have ever wanted to sell a house using a sign with two people's faces on it, have I got an agency for you. Our agent, Jon Tucker, was knowledgeable, friendly and effective. The process was painless, and everything was handled efficiently for us.
Zak is an easy-going, fun person to work with! Bob and Ronna were the perfect fit for us. They assigned Lisa to us as a realtor. She worked hard making sure we found exactly what we wanted and in our price range. She was relentless. They are a pro veteran group, offering a sizable credit toward closing for vets. Transitioning to the area was easier thanks to their help.
We are an Active Duty Military family stationed overseas, and Mike Thurnes of the Bob and Ronna Group was our realtor. Mike helped us navigate the legal process with a very unfriendly title company, secure a mortgage through a great local mortgage company, and even went so far as to help us purchase appliances for our home. If I could, I would award far more than 5 stars. Lisa sets THE standard for real estate agents, and I've already recommended her to a few friends. The home-buying process would have been a total nightmare if it weren't for her willingness to educate us, breadth of knowledge, and knack for speedy negotiation. Not only did *she* pick the house that we ultimately purchased, but we're also moving into a home that we know is safe and built properly because of her expertise and diligence. "Thank you" just doesn't seem to cut it.
I cannot say enough about my realtor Lisa, she was absolutely AMAZING. Though before I begin my review, it's important to note that I am a completely new home owner. Lisa was incredibly knowledgeable about the different areas that I was looking into. Zak is a great realtor! I really appreciated him for his negotiation skills when it came to closing/settlement time. Zak was always available when I needed him via text/email and phone calls as well. Greatly appreciated and will definitely recommend in the future!
