With Caliber I always had access to my loan officer and could always rely on a same-day response. On the lending side the rates were super competitive. Throughout the process, there was good communication with my realtor and 3rd parties (inspector, appraiser, etc.) Everything was always completed on-time, any issues were given plenty of time to be resolved.
