With Caliber I always had access to my loan officer and could always rely on a same-day response. On the lending side the rates were super competitive. Throughout the process, there was good communication with my realtor and 3rd parties (inspector, appraiser, etc.) Everything was always completed on-time, any issues were given plenty of time to be resolved. As a buyer it was very helpful having a responsive and reputable lender! A+

My loan with Caliber was easy because of the specific agent I worked with, Vanessa. She was quick and thorough & so very professional . There were many factors that could have made this loan take a long time to process, but Vanessa cut through it all effortlessly. Though I know she must have been super busy, especially during this time of Corona Virus, I was always made to feel as if I were her only client & my loan was her top priority. She was always available and on top of things. Was easy
Vanessa was a great communicator and she led my wife and I through the several hurdles that inevitably occur during a home purchase. Vanessa worked with us and the Underwriter to get the necessary information to close the home purchase and complete the loan process.
