I would recommend The Brennity-Vero. The professionalism & genuine care for the Residents of the staff... from Activities Leaders to Asst Nurse to Nurse to DR Waitress to Receptionist is wonderful. What we really like about Brennity at Vero Beach is the food, it is great!! They absolutely offer a good variety - I've eaten there a few times and it is always delicious and our loved one never complaints where she did at a previous community. Where we think they could improve on is the medication management. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families, but with the caveat someone in the family or an advocate needs to oversee the ordering of meds and the times dispensed, especially when the resident is new to t... read more
What we really like about the Brennity at Very Beach is that the staff really go above and beyond to get to know the residents, pay attention to each individual and do a top notch job of keeping the family in the loop. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.
The value for the money is tremendous. We picked because this community because, it was in our price range. I like that it's a gated community. The staff is friendly. I would recommend to other familes, and have already done so.
It was a great tour experience. Everything that my love done needed was provided. They has both asssited living, and memory care. It was a nice facility and great community. There was no avalability for my loved one to move in.
I thought that the care, the compassion, the attention to little details like folding napkins and treating them all with respect - for us, it checked all of the boxes of what we were looking for for my mother.
This was a nice community with high ceilings and friendly staff. There are no outdoor porches and they didn't have any rooms available on the first floor, this was the only drawback.
I thought Brennity at Vero Beach was awesome! It was an absolutely beautiful place. The lady who did the tour was very empathetic and prepared. Their model unit was furnished by one of the local furniture companies and was just beautiful. It was a great place, and we could have easily gone with them. They were just a little farther away than we wanted to be from our loved one. But I told me husband after the tour, "I'm moving in here!"
It seemed like the people at this community are nice and the people that I dealt with on the administrative side were very nice. There was some inconsistency with the care providers at night for my loved one. I was able to do a video tour and they showed me everything that I needed to see. They also had a nice schedule of activities in the memory unit.
