We are very please with our choice in The BRENNITY at Vero Beach for our loved one! They go a step above in everything they have done! Paxton Ellis is absolutely awesome to work with! I have been here one month. Residents and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is good and there is a large choice of items. 2 meals, continental breakfast and one other come with monthly rent. It would be nice if breakfast was served a little later(cutoff is 9 am) for late sleepers. Also could use a bit more variety in breakfast menu. It has been a good experience at The Brennity. I love how they interact with the people. They are superior. The facility is bright and colorful which is great. It's also well maintained and there is a lot to do to keep the residents busy. The facility is very clean. The staff is very friendly. The value is excellent. There is a lot of activities to partake in.
Our first impression was really good. We were recommended by our friends that live there. We took a tour and it went really well. The staff and residents were friendly. The facility was very nice. The value is excellent as well. I can't rate the care services or activities yet because we haven't moved in yet. We will be moving in soon. I would recommend this place.
My Mother has done well here. She seems very happy and has gained weight. Prior to her admission last June, she was not eating well and living by herself due to great distance from immediate family. She has participated in the activities and is more extroverted. The facility is well kept and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a staff doctor associated with the facility. The value of services to monthly cost is good. My only negative comment is that it is expensive-residents will need assets.
We've had a great experience with The Brennity at Vero Beach so far, I'd give them high marks across the board! The facility itself is always kept immaculate, and the staff are all very friendly. They take great care of the people who live here, and have a lot of great services to provide, including some really good food!
Very impressed with facility. Very clean and appealing decor. Staff friendly and attentive. Ann was great at answering our questions and giving us alternatives to house both parents. However they do not have a one bedroom apartment situation. The rooms were too clinical in appearance especially knowing my mother-in-laws expectations at this time. My 98 year old father-in-law has been at the Brennity at Vero Beach for 6 weeks. I am very please with his experience. He is in the assisted living section with the highest level of care. He has his own room with his own furnishings. The people are very nice and attentive. I love how when he needs help (and it is often) he presses the button and it goes to a personal beeper on the aides hip. They can find him wherever he is one the premises.
