encore Still under construction when I moved in so could be noisy with construction crews beginning work early mornings. they used to be really great at having events for residents but has since stopped. amenities close at midnight which kind of sucks but they open at 6am. the sister complex frequently has people trying to break in so that was a concern for me. often times people have parties on the weekends and are kind of rowdy outside and or leave cups of alcohol in the hallways. the staff is really great though they make... read more
My home was the first person to move into this property so I've seen it all. Overall, I've really enjoyed living here. The apartments themselves as well as the community areas within are gorgeous. Maintenance is usually pretty fast and they are all friendly. Most of the people working in the office are awesome. They take the time to remember you and talk to you, I really appreciate that. Encore Apartments This apartment is brand new and still filling in vacant spots. The staff is very friendly and they are always trying to find new ways to keep their tenants comfortable. Some of the apartments have a kitchen island which definitely was a nice touch. The pool was completed not too long ago so it's brand new. The building is really secure almost to a fault. Horrible management The management is horrible at the Brookhaven Collection.The apartments are not luxury and apartments carry mold. They do not care about tenants , but want to charge fees for every little thing. They don’t fix things either! Run!!!!!
Low Budget Apt staff The staff at the community does not actually work. Packages stolen, gate has not worked for over a year, pool is closed year round, valet trash gets dumped in parking lot, staff is unresponsive and smells like weed all the time. Including the property manager and leasing. Not to mention cars are broken into almost daily. Also the staff writes the positive reviews. They tried to incentivize residents to write them but we wouldn't because this place is awful.
Management team is non-responsive My son and his roommate originally moved in December 2021 and had no major issues with the complex until November 2022. After signing a lease renewal, which includes an additional fee for washer and dryer, the dryer stopped working. A service request was submitted on November 13th, 2022. A service technician looked at the dryer and stated that he would have to order a part. After several weeks without an update, we visited the office to check on status. Worst place to live I HATE HATE HATE it here!!! Gates and doors broken. Can’t even access my own building properly when I want to. Lived here without a/c for several months out the summer. No security or package system so good luck getting packages. Not to mention they charge for miscellaneous services that we don’t have.

**BEWARE** DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have had my apartment flood twice since living here for less than a year. When I got black mold in my closet & had to get $600 worth of clothes dry cleaned all they did was come and spray it with bleach. It still smells like mold & rot! I’ve gone up to the office several times because they never answer the phone. & of course they say they’ll fix the issues blah blah but they never do. The gates are ALWAYS broken. Don't Move Here! The Brookhaven Collection claims to be luxury apartments, but it's the luxury projects. The only part of the building that is maintained is around the leasing office on the 1st floor and the amenities on the 2nd floor - to impress prospective tenants. But the rest of the grounds where actual tenants live don't get cleaned. The pool has not been open in over a month and has not been clean for longer than that.
