Welcome to the purdge! 8-4-22: up all night with ROACHES falling down on me again. (I live on the top floor- This building is nasty) The roaches are the medium red ones and also get the giant outdoor tree roaches too. They are always coming through my door to the hallway HVAC, ceiling fan, or bathroom. Recent 5 star reviews are fake. NOT WORTH IT, do not move here. I have stayed here for 3 years this is the worst it has been. My car was stolen on June 22. The gates are open 24/7, anyone can come in and out as they please. Management is nonexistent, it's so hard to get in touch with them via email/phone. When you try to talk to them in person, they're "in a meeting". If you have a maintenance issue, you might as well fix it yourself. All the reviews are 100% true, the amount of money for rent is not worth it. AT ALL!

Lost packages The packages are often lost in this apartment. There is no package received system here, the delivered packages are scattered messily on the floor of mail room. Lost packages often occur here.

Would not recommend!! This is not luxury whatsoever! I have not had AC well over 3 months! When I put in work orders they are checked as completed when no one ever comes out. Whenever I talk to management they never handle anything. Let’s not forget, every month there is a change in management. There has been dog poop in the hallways for 3 weeks now, there are roaches, fire alarms that always go off throughout the middle of the night. This property is horrible.

DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Our AC has been broke for 4 months!!!! It’s been about 3/4 different management companies! The fire alarm goes off every single day!!! Even at 4am!!! But NO FIRE!! The toilet breaks every 2 weeks, the tub faucet breaks, when we put in work orders, someone puts “completed” but no one has came to fix it. Gate is always broken!! Beware of new management. This complex will show fantastic on a tour. The bathrooms and kitchen look nice, there are nest smart thermostats, etc. But, what you get may look nice but it either doesn’t function properly or is not worth dealing with this management company. The fire alarms go off constantly and they cannot seem to fix the issue. The alarm typically lasts for about 30-45 minutes and is so loud you cannot stay in your apartment. Office throws parties but ignores problems! They ignore ALL emails, phone calls, won’t fix your major broke appliances. Took them two months to fix my heat and now I’m on two weeks with a broken dishwasher. No word on it. Said they would fix it last week. LIES. New Management has completely changed I’ve been living at this property for three years. Originally it was called “2924 Brookhaven” now that new management took over name “Live Range Water” has completely changed the apartment living. 1. the hallways are always Filthy. Beware so many empty promises I have been a resident here (since March 2020)- I had to transfer due to the domestic abuse situation and gun fire heard on the side of the building I was staying recently. They transferred me to the other side but I had to sign a new lease. While I am grateful, everything we go through here is just not ok. I lowered my rating now because of broken promises to all of us.
